Orders & Production
Production times for custom and promotional items typically range from 5–15 business days, depending on the complexity of the product and customization. You will receive an estimated timeline upon order confirmation.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not started. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
Yes! For all custom orders, we provide a virtual sample/proof for your approval before we begin production to ensure everything looks exactly how you want it.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is processed (1–3 business days) or production is complete, shipping times depend on your location. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and times vary by destination. Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective item, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery at sales@activeworldnyc.com.
Please email our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. We will review your claim and proceed with a replacement or refund if approved.
